I was actually going to post a video of At The Drive-In playing One Armed Scissor, but all the videos I could find sounded like they were killing cats with their instruments.

Everyone needs to see this movie. It's horrifying and tragic, but important. I really admire the filmmakers and Richard O'Barry, it takes a lot of stones to put yopurself on the line, and fight for what you believe is right.

Those Anarcho Punks Are Mysterious

Apparently it's almost impossible to find a good live recording of this song. I was trying to find Tom Gabel's acoustic version but apparently Against Me! fans have never heard of a tripod.

Anyways, I love this song. I first heard it when a friend of mine played it on an acoustic guitar in another friend's kitchen during a houseparty. I'll always think of that moment in time when I hear the song, and to me it feels like a good representation of Against Me!'s message.

I have something to admit. I haven't listened to nearly enough Fugazi. I feel like they are one of those bands I'm supposed to really like, and based on what I've heard, like the above video, I do. The energy in their stage presence seems amazing.
